3- Natural Amazonite gemstone, glass and silver plated beads

5- Mix metal 4mm silver plated and 5mm 14k gold plated beads (they are high quality plating and storing properly after use will increase the longevity of the beads)

* Please measure your wrist for the best fit!
* Using a soft tape measure/string, measure around your wrist, above the wrist bone
* Add1/2 inch for comfort fit
♥ I use a very strong Latex Free cord that will uphold up under everyday use of putting your bracelet on and off. Unnecessary stretching of cord will weaken bracelet.
